Hello from Nebraska

Hi from Lincoln. Found this forum tonight and it looked like a good place to visit so I decided to join. I have working with wood for most on my life but have gotten more serious the last few years. My picture was the chair I made for the "dog" a couple of years ago.

Welcome to the forum ... what kind of wood working do you do (furniture obviously, what else). Do you do it for a living?

You can never have too much pepperoni on your pizza or own too many clamps.

Thanks guys,

I'm not a professional ( I don't even play one on TV ). I am saving that for when I retire. Right now I make mainly furniture for family and friends. With a house to maintain and kids cars to keep going I get to wear a lot of different hats. I have tried my hand at turning but I'm not very good at it. I can see how guys get addicted to it but I haven't gotten the artistic eye yet to make something really nice. But you what they say, all it takes is practice, practice, practice.

Bob
