Hello from Iowa

Greetings all fellow Woodcrafters, I live in a small town in central Iowa. I mainly just make clocks out of wood slabs or wood boards. I use coins instead of numbers. Been doing this for just a couple years now. I am in the process of building my oun Kiln to help dry the slabs. I have some pictures in the pictures forum. Like to hear from fellow Iowans.

Welcome KG. I grew up in Des Moines but moved to Wisconsin about 10 years ago. What kind of kiln are you going to build?

welcome to the forum.

You can never have too much pepperoni on your pizza or own too many clamps.

I'm interested too!!! Post some pics of your progress. I have been toying with the idea of building one too. Let me know how it works with green wood vs air dried.
