Hello Everyone!

I just couldn't stand it anymore, looking over Kevin's shoulder while he has all the fun! Can any of your women relate? Seriously though, we have thoroughly enjoyed reading certain posts together that Kevin knows I would glean great info. from and/or have a great laugh.

Besides, Kevin says Daren just doesn't get harassed enough and I aim to fix that (Daren if you have a problem with that.... you know the number).

Look forward to the Journey!

Welcome Mrs. Texas Timbers,
Now we see who wears the pants in the family.
Have fun, and you have our permission to harass Daren. I think he enjoys it.

I read in your profile that your occupation is "keeping Kevin in line." How do you do that??? I've been married to my LOML for over 25 years and I still haven't learned how to do it with him. I guess I need lessons.

Welcome, Mrs. TT. I've talked to Kevin on the phone and he sent me some box elder and other woods. Hope you got the return package. I'm glad you're here; we need more females on this board!!

Like you, my hubby reads over my shoulder. He's a member on two other boards, and can't keep up with them, so he just lurks here. More's the pity.

Thank you all for the very warm welcome! I already like it here.

I have always been impressed with the family atmosphere here, and for me to join means that I feel safe that I won't be stepping into one of those internet forum fighting arenas that we all know exists.

I guess it helps knowing some of you already, and I would encourage some of you guys to try and include your wives in your shop projects, because it is quality time together, and she might even give you a perspective you can't see otherwise!.

Kevin is more worried about you and me dog-piling on him, so he will be too distracted to try and boss me around. Of course, with all the things he keeps on his plate he stays in a constant state of distraction.

Hi Nathan! We do use the same computer. Kevin said he hasn't figured out how we can both be signed in at the same time. He said "You need to get your own computer baby." All I will say is Christmas is not far off.

We sure did, the ornaments were beautiful! Thank you so much. We are plotting an order for business cards and name plates. Can't wait to show them off to everyone so your beautiful work can be displayed here.

Yes, of course I would like to see more of us gals in woodworking and on the forum. I realize not all couples are able to spend time together like Kevin and I do, but I believe that those who can work together should. The project and the relationship are better for it.
