Hello from Detroit!

Hello people.

My name is Rich, and I currently reside in the Detroit area. I have taken a few shop classes through the years, however never actually gotten into the scene too heavily.

I am currently looking to get a place of my own, and would love to make my own furniture/cabinets/ anything really. I want to walk into my house, and know that most things were literally built with my two hands.

So thats my story. I will hopefully get some better tools, and start postin some pictures and whatnot of my progress.

Thanks, and I look forward to learning from all of you!

Hi Moose, welcome! We'll be happy to help you spend your money on tools and material and give whatever assistance we can. There are some very good furniture builders and cabinetmakers that hang out here.
