Hello from Cucamonga

My name is Ron Clark, from California, Just started detailed woodworking, I have dabbled in making things for awhile now. Now, I have found myself starting to make furniture pieces. Love it!
Currently, for my first "real project", I am making a lego building table(from wood not legos). It is pretty much a desk with most of the desk top as a spinning wheel(lazy susanish). two lower portions, one side is all drawers and the other side for shelves, with a wood framed glass door. I figured it covers a little of everything for practice and learning.
Hope I didn't ramble-Thank you all for your time ahead of time-Ron

Welcome to the forum Ron. Looking forward to seeing some of your work and especially your Lego table. If at all possible, try to post some in progress build photos. The folks around here are really helpful, but we're pretty slow, pictures really help.
A LOT!!
Again, welcome aboard!!

heres a pic

Have to find the memory card with the further progress-
Keep in mind this is the first ever project like this of mine, it does have its share of flaws, but if it comes out funtional, thats a plus. Mostly it was a learning thing. And, I thought I was using a higher quality wood because of the price, but big mistake, its not solid wood, LESSON LEARNED THERE! Hold on have to do this differently-OK go to this site http://www.dropshots.com/rsclark67#albums/lego%20table
