Hello to All

Greetings all on the forum. I've been lurking around for awhile and finally decided to join and contribute. I've been getting plenty of tips and info from all the posts. Novice woodworker for the past few years and have really started seriously attempting to enhance my skill set as the years go by. I don't have much equipment at home, however the local tech school offers woodworking classes twice a year for 10 nights each at a local high school shop, so I have an excellent opportunity to utilize nice machines and have an instructor to answer all my questions. I have also for the past two years worked part-time for a local woodworking business that manufactures solid oak church pews and chairs, amongst a variety of other wood manufacturing products and services.

Thanks again to all the experts here that freely offer great advice and help out novices such as myself.

Posted my first post in Completed Projects, a birdseye maple crib for my newly hatched son.

Welcome. I saw that other post with the crib ... nice work.

You can never have too much pepperoni on your pizza or own too many clamps.

Congrats on the little one! My only is just about 2 and he's beginning to learn that cast iron is unyielding when bumped into. Lots of yelling. But, hey, that's learning, right?
