Hello everyone. I am not a woodworker myself, but I've been married to one for the last eight years.
Five years ago we started our business and it has been slowly growing ever since. I'm hoping to do some networking on here and maybe get some ideas on how I can help improve the business as I'm in charge of all our marketing and sales.
I help my husband around the shop when needed, so I have general woodworking knowledge. Just don't ask me anything specific and we'll be good.
My husband and I specialize in wood furniture, although we do a fair amount of cabinetry as well. He is extremely talented, and I'd love to see this business grow to where we can hire people and not have to do everything ourselves.
When I'm not involved in the business, I read and write romance novels. (Yeah, nothing to do with woodworking. lol) And I also write a blog www.woodworkers-wife.blogspot.com
. You never know what I'll be writing about from week to week. I've had everything from the walnut quarantine in PA to a visit to a local festival.
I look forward to getting to know you and hopefully we can learn from each other.
