I'm Thalia and I'm a little more than a beginner at woodworking I guess, but probably not much more than that. I've made a fairly-nice looking box and the joints are even pretty decent (helped with a bit of fill and a good layer of paint over it of course).

Anyway I'd like to set up a proper wood shop in my garage when the weather gets warmer, which is something I'm going to need some advice on, which is why I'm here. It's really rather an odd circumstance, too, and I guess I'll go into more detail about that in a separate post. But I am glad to be here and know I'll learn a lot!

Welcome to the forum.

You can never have too much pepperoni on your pizza or own too many clamps.

WE always ask new members to fill out their profile, hobbies occupation, interests including woodworking specialties if any, and especially a general location so the answer we give make geographic sense ...at least!
Post any photos of your work or projects in your album.
You may need some help with that.??? Just remember Manage attachments, go fullscreen, browse, wait!, close window, submit reply or save changes. bill
BTW somewhere I read that you do sculpture?

The answer to your question will only be as detailed and specific as the question is detailed and specific. Good questions also include a sketch or a photo that illustrates your issue. (:< D)
