Greetings from Mississippi!

Hello ya'll! I'm new here! (but actually an old-timer!) I have been active in various internet woodworking forums for years, but I just recently discovered Woodworking Talk! I've been lurking now for about 3 weeks, and I'm impressed!

About me: I'm an Engineer by training (BSEE). I'm in rural North East Mississippi, about 50 miles south of Tupelo, the birth place of Elvis Presley. I have lived in Alabama and North Carolina for a number of years (each state). I moved back to my family farm / home / birth place in 1995 after I took an early retirement buy-out from my employer (a large computer manufacturing firm). I remodeled my house in Alabama and built a garage/workshop in North Carolina. Since moving back to the farm here in Mississippi I have built my dream workshop (I now wish it was bigger!), and have completely remodeled the 1950's house (while living in it!). Including re-plumbing and adding baths, complete rewiring, building cabinets for baths, kitchen and laundry room, etc. My most recent project was a bunk/loft bed and desk for my grand daughters. When I figure all of this out, I'll try to get some pictures posted!

Welcome Walt!

See you in church. I'm still lookin' for my squirrel.....bill

The answer to your question will only be as detailed and specific as the question is detailed and specific. Good questions also include a sketch or a photo that illustrates your issue. (:< D)
