Greetings from Kansas

I've been lurking here for some time digesting the information and hopefully making my future projects look much nicer. I got into wood working about 8 years ago when I built a cedar chest for my wife as a wedding gift. Since then I've slowly added to my tools and have built some fairly simple pieces such as desks, simple cabinets, entertainment center, and my current project a pair of night stands.

I work and live in Topeka, Kansas and am always looking to expand my woodworking capabilities and knowledge. It would be nice to make some connections with some local woodworkers because I'm always looking to learn from a pro so that my work looks and functions better.

I want to die quietly in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming in terror like the passengers of his car.

Welcome to the party. You're in a good location with Kansas Hardwood just down the road in Belvue. They have a real nice selection of local hardwood.

You're gonna find a bunch of friendly people with good information so jump on in.

Hello From southern Missouri

I have a "Toastmaster Home Shop" Model 5560 Multi tool , must have had a dirt dopper nest inside, when turned it on, everything turned by hand nice and easy) something ripped the fan motor blade all to pieces.

It has been stored for years. Where can parts fo this tool be purchased?
