Smile Greetings from Brazil !

Hello, everybody !

I'm an absolute beginner on woodworking, but I've appreciated woodworking for decades...
After more than 20 years building a career on Information Technology, I decided go on appreciating but, more than this, decided to do my own works !
I just finished a woodworking course here in Brazil. It was a six month course on a good technical school, called "SENAI", which gave me some good knowledge about the matter. Now I need experience, and I'll begin to gain it attending the family and friends' orders !
I'll try to be useful to the group as much as I can, and I know I can have tons of informations, tips and tricks here...

Thanks !

welcome to the forum

You can never have too much pepperoni on your pizza or own too many clamps.

Thanks for the warm welcomings !
I'm from Sao Paulo, southern region of Brazil. Belem, where 4givndude had been, is on the border of the Amazonian Forest, very very far from here !
Something I didn't said before. I'm a 41 y.o., married guy with 3 children. My workplace is my backyard (by now... I want to have my own shop soon !) and I really want to make woodworking my job in some years.
One more thing: Sorry guys if I commit many English mistakes ! Feel free to correct me if you want !
Best wishes to everybody !
