Glad to be here!

Hi all, I'm not much of a forum guy but there seems to be a lot of valuable information here that I can obtain.

I'm a Navy vet living in San Diego and I started to get into woodworking when I got out of the navy a few years back and started to acquire more woodworking tools. The more I study and read about woodworking the more I feel like a caveman. But I enjoy it! I like to build things that are useful around the house like shelving, picture frames, toybox's etc. Some projects turn out like crap, some turn out good. A great feeling is when I learn a new technique and apply it to a new project and continue to grow. There is still so much to learn. Thanks

Welcome, Nodak, and, from one vet to another, than you for your service to our nation!

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. James 3:17
