Ant wood turners in Mississippi??

Hello, I am here in east central MS, have been turning wood for a couplea years now and have gotten good at what little I do but would love to see a pro in action, learn some things and take any advice they may have. I would really appreciate anyone out there to pls say hello and lets talk more about it!

A pro at turning I am not but there are some really talented folks here who are. We are glad to have you with us.

Have you looked for any turning clubs in your area? You can check on the AAW website to look for local clubs.

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...

The videos linked here and elsewhere on youtube will help you quite a bit, I know I've picked up quite a bit online.

Thanks fella for both your suggestions I have look into youtube vids and have learned a little, it has helped some but thought I could learn a little more if I could see it done in person and take a little time with it. Thanks again guys and I do appreciate you all!
