Name is Rob and I'm in western PA, Punxsutawney actually. I found my way into slingin chips from a lathe through the body piercing industry. I was in it from the time I was 17 or so until about 2 years ago. I'm now 31 and I was tired of getting a poor quality plug (for those of you who aren't aware thats an oversized "earring") soooo I decided to drop a bit of cash on a lathe and give it a shot! That was about 10 months ago or so and now I'm completely ADDICTED!! Through out the process of learning (which obviously I still am) I hooked up a contract carving plugs for a body jewelry manufacturer that keeps me busy so my time on here will be limited but I'll be on as often as possible!
I also carve bottle stoppers for relaxation
