Welcome.

Navigation of the forum is fairly self explanatory. You just have to start exploring the different sections according to your particular interests.

You'll get the hang of it in no time.

When I die, I want to go peacefully like my grandfather did in his
sleep. Not yelling and screaming like the passengers in his car.

Ok. I think I'm getting the hang of posting and replying to threads if this goes up right. Well I'll say a little bit about myself because that is what I saw in the other introductions. I'm probably one of the youngest on this forum at 15 and I don't have much time for very big projects between school and football so I mainly do projects that I can finish in a week or two. I have most of the necessary shop items (drillpress, bandsaw, an assortment of sanders, saws, and hand tools.). So I hope to learn a lot from you more experienced wood workers because i really enjoy doing this type of stuff. And also if you guys can post pictures of some of your projects I would be very happy to see them. Thank you.

Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you have a great start. We tend to think about safety here so I'll go ahead and say be sure to work safely. You will find lots of build threads and projects posted. If you look at member profiles many have albums of projects etc. We like pictures so when you complete a project be sure to post a pic or two of it!

Happy to see someone getting into the hobby at and early age.

Glad to see you have more tools than I had available at your age. Back then the work I had available was very small.

I hope the forum gives you inspiration as well as knowledge.

There are many pictures posted, especially in the Project Showcase forum.

As Shop Dad mentioned, some people also post albums which are accessed via their member profiles.

The site has been active for a number of years. There is a wealth of information in the threads over the years. I find it worthwhile doing a search on the site to see if my questions or topics have been covered in earlier threads.

Enjoy the hobby and the journey. Sometimes the learning is the best outcome from a project.
