3rd Ward: Brooklyn Creative

3rd Ward is a 20,000 sq. ft. workspace and studio facility in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn developed for and supported by artists & creative professionals to provide for the needs of contemporary artists and those whose work is often multidisciplinary.

With in-house, open-source and cost-effective studios and work spaces for photography and video, wood and metal fabrication and design, digital media, production and more, 3rd Ward is addressing the personal and private work needs of all creative professionals while proving that you do not have to spend a lot of money to have the best technology, resources, and equipment at your fingertips.

With a fully-comprehensive collection of on-going classes and intensive programs featuring instruction in everything from Photoshop, Illustrator and Web Design to MIG Welding, Furniture Design, Photography and much more, 3rd Ward provides the opportunity and setting for enhancement of skills in all creative fields.

3rd Ward's gallery space hosts a variety of work by top artists and designers working in every medium imaginable further showing that there are no boundaries to creativity.

The versatile gallery and studio facilities can also be used for launch events, private parties, continuing education programs and information sessions, meetings, group work and more.

By helping artists pursue professional careers and creative projects, 3rd Ward is spearheading a movement that aims to create a permanent artist community in Brooklyn.
