ORBIT with Wheel mouse????

I recently switched to a iMac and am using a Logitech wireless laser wheel mouse. I can not get the "Orbit" tool to work with the wheel button.

The "Orbit" tool works fine if I select it.

When I installed SU on my old PC I went through a couple of days of frustration solving the same problem, now I get to start all over.
