Scored some sawmill boards

Here is what I hauled home today from a small local sawmill.
36 7 to 12 inch wide by 10 feet and all inch thick hard maple and two 3 x 7 x 10 footers for lathe work. Good enough deal for $40?.......

I'm hoping you gel really really guilty about that.

Thanks guys, well, if you look at the time stamp of that first post and then check this one, I just now finished stacking it in the workshop loft to dry. If I was feeling a little guilty about paying so little I sure don't feel that way now. I've had it for today!

Stickered and weighted? I'd be afraid it might dry too quickly up there and wan to move a lot. What about air flow? I'd hate to see that great score go to waste.

I'm guessing 300-350 BF / $40 -- approx. $0.15/BF Nice boards, I jealous. I can only get construction grade for $0.50/BF. Did I say great score?

Yes, it's all stickered although not really weighted with anything other than itself. I really don't have any other place to put wood to dry so I'm hoping for the best. I know some folks stack it outside and cover it but I didn't want to do that. I have a ceiling fan in my shop to help with air flow so I'll just have to see how it goes.
