That's some really pretty stuff, Joe! I need to start turning at some point...

Are those pieces pie shapes joined together or is that what the actual log looked like??? That's kinda wild.

Nope no glue required that is how it grows. One on the pallet

I did not realize that Norfolk Pine grew to 30" in diameter. Also did not know that that they were available in quantities that supported milling

All I have ever seen were in somebodies yard.

They can actually get bigger but 30-36'' is about the biggest I have seen. Mostly they go to bowl stock but we have milled a couple.

That is really awesome wood. Will have to check back to your etsy site when your back up. just getting started on turning wood, but might have to buy some to have sitting there when I get more comfortable.
