Flamed/spalted box elder pen blanks

I had a ton of pieces of flamed box elder left over from milling. Decided to cut em up for pen blanks. Anyone interested?

They are 1x1x6" recently milled. These in the pic have good color and looks like the spalt runs all the way through for the most part. Some have some punky stuff to them. All have been treated with pentacryl one time and the ends are sealed. Not being a turner myself or having much experience at this I didnt know what else i should do to them. I have 28 blanks that are figured like this and approximately 50 that are less figured and not spalted. (Mostly red and white only) I was thinking about $1 a piece plus whatever it costs to ship. (Actual cost. I hate getting gouged on postage so I refuse to do it to someone else) Or $.50 a piece for all of them together.

Sorry man I never got your PM. Yeah I sold the FBE ones. These are from a cherry I milled over thanksgiving. Got 20 of them. 'Bout 8-10 of them are real nice. The rest of them have some defects I think will turn out and 3-4 of them are short. Half pen sized. I wasnt going to sell them. (One of these days I want to try my hand at pen turning) Anyway Bass asked so I figured if i could accommodate I would. Not looking to scalp anyone. Figured $.50 a blank plus shipping. $15 total. BTW I dont know the MC of these. The tree was down for about a year and milled a month ago. So thats the deal. I wouldnt mind keeping them but if someone wants them Im good with that too.
