Woodworking schools

I was thinking of learning new tips and ideas on woodworking. Sort of going from an average woodworker to something else. I was wondering if there were any woodworking schools in the california area?

I found quite few out of state and even out of the country. Very fine woodworking schools that I think would really put me over the top but didnt find anything close to Cali. Any suggestions?

I don't know how California does tech schools, but Oklahoma Vo-Techs offer cabinet making and other woodworking type classes in the evenings....cheap education for $50 bucks, usually well instructed. Maybe you could look and see if California tech schools or junior colleges offer something similar?
