whisky tray handles

I am making a whisky tray. I am looking for a pair of handles that would lie flat against the edges (lips) of the tray when not in use, but would stop in a horizontal position (90 degrees to the edges) when in use.

Does anyone know of a supplier that would carry such a handle? I am having trouble finging one.

I think I know exactly what you want, and indeed they may be difficult to find. The closest thing I know of is called a drop handle pull.
There are many different styles of drop pulls, but I haven't seen any with 90 degree stops.

there's a bunch of names for this - typically with "flush" <something>
most rotate past 90 degrees.

"campaign hardware" looks more promising:
