Whats your favorite CA (Super Glue) brand?

Do you all prefer the SUPER liquidy, slightly viscous, or gel super glue, and also what brand?

I've used Gorilla Super Glue before but I find it a little too viscous in that it would sink and absorb into knots, branches, and holes like I want it to.

I am presently using the Titebond brand. I am finding this has a good shelf life. Previously had another brand harden in the bottle before I was able to use the contents.

Titebond has 3 grades, thin, medium and thick.

I am using the medium. I have a bottle of the thin on hand in case I need this for some reason.

I have the gorilla brand. I agree, it's not too liquid. I also have the Loctite gel and the loctite "Professional", whatever that means. The "professional" is really runny and soaks in well.
I used to have a problem with a different brand of CA hardening in the container. The Loctite seems to have a pretty long shelf life. At least, none has hardened on me yet.

+1 on the gorilla super glue. I'm a big fan of gorilla products.

I really like Titebond brand. I currently have another brand, I think its called Hot Stuff or something like that. I dont really care for it. I mainly use CA for a finish or for stabelizing cracks and such whilke turning.

RRBrown, knottscott and many others were banned, they didn't just leave. They were banned for standing up to the new owners that are destroying this site. Come join us all at woodworking chat, the best new woodworking site on the net!!

I like this brand. I use the medium for pen tube and the thin for stabilizing punky wood. http://www.woodturnerscatalog.com/st...ff_supert?Args=

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...
