Wavy/opaque looking poly spray finish

Long time no see guys! I had another quick question (figured I would post it separately.)

Here's the issue, I got a new Wagner electrical spray finish gun. I can't tell you the exact model but it was like $60 at Ace Hardware. Every time I spray a coat I get an opaque/wavy finish.

I know some people thin it would with mineral spirits, would this help? Open to ideas and suggestions,

Yes, you need to thin your finish if you're going to spray it. If you've got an air compressor, you'll have better luck getting a good finish using a cup gun. Even a cheapo from harbor freight.
