Small panel clamps

I've made a few panel clamps and they're pretty straightforward and simple, but just wondering if anyone has any ideas for a small panel clamp for small pieces, 1/4" or so stock to clamp up something around 6x6" or so?
I saw one online recently, but can't find it now..
It's not a big deal, but something quick and simple would make my life just a tiny itsy bit easier.. lol it's just to glue up small strips of hardwood for boxes and such.
I made one not long ago, but it really didn't cut mustard.. I think it went the way of the BBQ pit if memory serves..

I figured it's time to change my signature so hold your breath. This is it.
Impressive, huh?

What are you calling a "panel clamp?"

Doing just one I just use my woodworking vice. Doing multiple pieces you would be better off gluing up a larger panel and then cut it 6x6. If you made the wood longer you could at least resaw the wood to 5/16" thick and surface the wood one side prior to cutting 6x6.

Ehh..skip it..it's not really a panel clamp..I probably used the wrong terminology anyway.. It's just a device to clamp small thin pieces on edge just a bit simpler than...oh I don't know..whatever it is I've always done that sort of works, but not quite.

I figured it's time to change my signature so hold your breath. This is it.

Now I remember..

Why this keeps slipping my mind is a mystery..
I've used wedges a lot, but the little wedge panel jig just didn't want to stick.. it will now. Now back to making boxes. I have about 30-40 get busy with.
Most are simple walnut and maple, but I do want to snaz up a few with nice contrasting color.

I figured it's time to change my signature so hold your breath. This is it.
Impressive, huh?
