Sharpening Stones for Foley Bellsaw 1055 Sharp-All

Hello, I am asking this question on behalf of my friend who is a cabinetmaker/woodworker back in Jamaica in the Caribbean. He owns a 1055 Sharp-All and he needs to get some sharpening stones to sharpen his circular saw. Does anyone have a picture of what the stones look like that could help me to purchase these stones for him since I am taking a trip to Jamaica soon and would like to take these with me? I sure would appreciate your help. Thanks.

Maybe this will help. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Foley-Belsaw...item35d18efad9

To me it looks like a 1/2" wheel 7" in diameter with a 1/2" arbor. It would take a special wheel to sharpen carbide with diamond dust imbedded in the stone.

We have an introduction section where you can say a few words about yourself. If you fill out your profile in your "User Control Panel", you can list any hobbies, experience, occupation, or if retired…from what, or other facts. You can also list your general geographical location which would be a help in answering some questions. In doing that your location will show under your username when you post.

If it's a sawblade, especially a carbide tipped one, I suggest he get a sharpening shop to do it. Don't know what your budget is, but simple diamond files will work on many applications.
