Rockwell wood lathe old style

I had given to me an older rockwell wood lathe.

It is missing a tailstock. The only information I can find on the lathe is a CAT. No. 46-460.

Can anyone give me information as to where I can find a tailstock.?

I can't help you with the 46-460, but here is a link to parts that are for the Rockwell 46-450 12" Variable Speed Wood Lathe.

If it is any indication, a replacement tailstock is serious money! Good luck.

$370 doesn't sound so bad to get free lathe up and running. Of course that's easy for me to say;it ain't my money! I know you wouldn't be able to replace a lathe of that size and heft for a fraction of what a replacement tailstock will run you. You can always keep an eye on eBay to see if one pops up there.
