My interpretation of "premanufactured" is a part that is made in mass production to fit a product already developed for the market and sold, like a wood tool handle (just an example).
An "as needed" part as I use the term would be a custom wood handle made for a custom made tool, like a prototype. This arrangement might be suited to see what the final product will look like.
No such thing. It's either a branch, log or stick untouched by a "manufacturer" or it's been altered by a "manufacturer".
If it's "pre" manufactured all that means it is made before assembly.
Those blocks didn't just grow that size and shape, they were manufactured/made that way. Someone made them for that specific purpose, and possibly before they made the other parts in the assembly, but not necessarily. JMO bill:blink:
I mean exactly that. "My interpretation of "premanufactured" is a part that is made in mass production to fit a product already developed for the market and sold, like a wood tool handle (just an example)."
IMHO Looks "homemade" looks like some clear SYP, Fir, 4x shapeds on a sander then split in 2.
the uprights appears to be 3/4 pipe with 2 standard plumbing fittings, the base is good ply just rounded over edges.
Nice work tho
skymaster, this is exactly the information I was looking for, thanks.
