Red face

I have used them for 2 orders now and one was no problem the second had a minor problem. They said they would ship me a replacement for the blanks that are in the photo. I have not go therm yet but it was just a few days ago. I ordered 15-20 items on that order and I only had trouble with those two blanks. The other trouble I had was with a pen case I bought in there store. I have spent $700.00 there and only had trouble with 2 blanks not being straight and a bowed pen case.

Looked up Penn state on bbb
The company's size, volume of business and number of transactions may have a bearing on the number of complaints received by the BBB. The complaints filed against a company may not be as important as the type of complaints, and how the company has handled them. The BBB generally does not pass judgment on the validity of complaints filed.

Number of complaints processed by the BBB
in the last 36 months: 1
in the last 12 months: 1 Complaints Concerned: Delivery Issues (1 complaints)1Resolved
I have ordered in the past and will order from them again.

PS. If you go to their store 10min before close on the weekend and want to "shop" they will help but you will
know that you are keeping them late. In their defence he stayed over 45 min to help me.

Steebar is not a good story.
Customer Complaint History
When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.
BBB processed a total of 64 complaints about this company in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total of 64 complaints closed in 36 months, 51 were closed in the last year.
These complaints concerned :

2 regarding Billing or Collection Issues
4 regarding Contract Issues
36 regarding Delivery Issues
3 regarding Product Issues
9 regarding Refund or Exchange Issues
5 regarding Sales Practice Issues
5 regarding Service Issues BBB Definition:

54 No Response
10 Resolved

Penn is great. I've had excellent service, products, and prices from them on several occasions. I will order from them again without worry.

I have bought several things from PSI, the last being a 2hp DC. I have nothing bad to say about them or the products I have bought and plan to order from them again in the future.

I've delt with PSI for many years. Even back before they went into the pen business. I havel a DC that is no longer carried but they are the only ones that stil carry the filters.

I just ordered some filters from them and again was pleased with them. The one thing I didn't like was that when I called and talked with a tech, he told me they didn't have what I needed, but when I called back and talked with someone else, they were able to find exactly what I needed.

I had a friend buy an air filter system and when he got it, he couldn't find the remote for it. He called and they sent it to him right away. Of course my friend then decided to actually look for the remote and found it where it was supposed to be.

I'll deal with them again in the future.

I have never had a problem with them. I have placed quite a few orders with them. I will order from them anytime they have what I want or need.

I have bought from them serveral times and for the most part they have been great.

But the one gripe that I have had with them on all but 1 of my orders was that things were literally just thrown in the box. Each type of pen kit you order comes with instructions every time you buy it and they are always crumpled and smashed. They obviously just look at the order and grab parts out of bin and overhand throw it into a box and smash some brown packaging filler in the box. It has never created an issue, but I do double check all of my parts for damage because of it.

But I still use them.

I have ordered from Penn state on a number of occasions and have no complaints. I also use Craft supplies and would rate them excellent. I like rocklers and woodcraft too, also no complaints.
