Only 500 chairs behind now

So every bar stool we made is now going to be replaced not counting the new ones for orders. So now there making jigs on the CNC just so you can't screw up a chair. So I mentioned after the jigs are built and confirmed work how about getting aluminum jigs welded up for permanent use. I was told NO. We will just make new wood ones as we need them. I'm thinking.....HUM bad ideal............................................. ..........................................

First there was one building chairs(me). Then there was two building chairs. Now there will be 4 full time chair makers plus one cut guy.

This is the reason I don't do commercial or kitchen cabinets anymore. Tired of slow spots...

When I was building furniture full time our busy time for chairs was leading up to Thanksgiving. Lots of dining room sets. Tables, chairs, buffet's....... We had three full time chair builders but from the beginning of September through December I built chairs too.

50 chairs a week is doable with someone doing most of the band saw work. We had a rough mill that would give us most everything cut to size. Depending on the style and difficulty of the chair, more than 50 is not out of reach.
