New walking stick.

Finally go.t some time to carve today. Been too busy with spring cleaning in the yard. This one is American Red Cedar. Hope to find time to carve some more soon. Still needs final sanding and sealing.

Boiled linseed oil and a coat of poly acrylic sealer.

Glad you like it. This was the first time I put the boiled linseed oil on cedar. I was a little worried about how it would turn out. Was hoping it would bring out the knots and levels in the carvings. I've used it on oak, elm, sweet gum and basswood before and loved the finish.
