Looky what I found on CL!!!

Anybody got a trailer I can borrow?

I got a truck load home, but left the rest and will go back and get them when I get a trailer. These were advertised as "Free firewood" and there is a lot of elm. Two of the stumps shown are from the Elm and would make nice slices, but don't want them myself...

Now I gotta find a sawmill...

Doesn't it have to dry out first? I was channel surfing yesterday and landed to the Woodright Shop. He was working with Elm. He said it took a year for every inch of it to dry out. Then on a website a video showing how to saw a tree limb (12 to 4 in or so) with your band saw.
