Looking for an old thread

Several years ago a gentleman in Australia had a thread about building a 3/4 scale motorcycle out of junk. I can't remember whether that was here or in a model building forum. Does it ring a bell with anyone? It was an old Indian and ended up looking amazingly realistic.

Regards, Pat

Yes, I remember the post and pic. Try searching the forum using the search box.

Repliconics was his user name and you can find his posts easily if you search by that name. He hasn't been on since late 2016, though. Here's a link to all the threads he started.

Your link to threads does not work.

Sorry, I posted a search link and forgot that that won't work. This one should work - Repliconics - just click Statistics and then on 'Find all threads started by Repliconics' and it will pull up the search I referenced earlier.

Other method that doesnt rely on the frankly garbage built-in search bars, try a google search. You can limit the search to specific websites by adding "site:" to the search, in your case "site:woodworkingtalk.com 3/4 scale motorcycle", which brings up this thread as the first result. Might be evil, but google is pretty handy sometimes

Actually, IIRC Repliconics has passed on to the great infinite saw mill and wood shop in the sky.
