Light Box

Last weekend I made a light box out of a cardboard box to experiment with. I liked the results I got and would like to make one out of wood that will last longer than cardboard. Probaly will be birch ply but not certain yet. My question is the inside finish. It will be white paint but should I go with a satin finish? The cardboard one uses white poster board inside so I would like to have a similar finish to the poster board.

What kind of light box? One for photography or one for illuminating the work from underneath you?

For photography. I guess I should have been more specific. It will mainly be used for taking pics of small woodturning projects.

Just adhere some poster board inside, using Velcro for the back panel so you can change colors.

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...
