Issues with new jointer

I have a Grizzly jointer that I just purchased and when trying to join some boards 38" long for a toybox lid, I notice that the joints are slightly rounded; maybe 1/64" just enough to show and provide a poor joint.

I'm sure there is an adjustment for this, but does anyone know what the cause may be?

I have joined the sides successfully and do nto believe I am doing anything different?

This is the most common question on jointers here

There are threads and posts that cover this situation. There are 2 possiblities, one is operator error, the other is improper set-up.
Search here for "jointer problems". I'll try to find the threads.

The answer to your question will only be as detailed and specific as the question is detailed and specific. Good questions also include a sketch or a photo that illustrates your issue. (:< D)

Sounds like infeed and outfeed tables may not be plane. Should be a fairly easy fix.
