Help with table top

I have built a kitchen table that I am looking for a clear coat to apply over two part resin coating that has already been applied which I can not seem to get mixed properly to keep from having sticky spots. I need something that I can apply with a brush in a gloss appearance. Any and all help is appreciated!!

The resin finish will have to be removed before you can put any finish on it. It certainly won't dry with another finish over the top. It will have be a gummy spot under the finish. If you are wanting to brush a finish I would recommend polyurethane. Use as soft of a brush as you can find and apply it with as few strokes as possible. The more you brush it the more it will show brush marks.
