Hardwood Supplier

Are there any good sites to find hardwood ply anywhere? Everyone I keep finding only delivers local to them and doesnt ship. I found one place online that wanted $140/per 4x8 sheet of B-2 maple ply. I know that's not a cheap material to buy, but surely theres somewhere cheaper? Closest place I can buy it near me is over an hour away.

Nothing in life that is "worth the effort" is ever easy.

Probably your best bet would be Frank Paxton Lumber in St. Louis if they are still there.

OK, I looked them up and they are not in St. Louis anymore however they probably sold out to another company and are being supplied lumber from Paxton. Paxton had a location in Dallas and sold out to Brazos Forest Products. Same location, same wood, different name. Somewhere I have a street address for the lumber company in St. Louis when they were there. I will see if I can find it.

Try Kunz Carpentry in Trenton IL. They carry sheet goods I believe. Other than that it's St Charles Hardwoods.
