Flap sander

I have seen homemade Flap Sanders for reducing the ID of metal bores.
Can anyone give me some tips on how to make one.

A flap sander generally increases the ID,by grinding material away......thus,enlarging it.Google or you-tube is your friend.Good luck,BW

Those who say it cannot be done shouldn't interrupt the people doing it.
