I used it for my first couple simple projects. It's a good enough finish for something that won't face any abuse, but you'll need to refresh it at least on a yearly basis: the shelves that I finished with it a couple years ago are quite dry looking now. If you're looking for something "natural", you can't beat pure Tung Oil.

I haven't used that particular finish but I have used the type. That type of finish is only suitable where it's not exposed to water. Water will easily spot the finish. It's not good for every wood either. Some woods like pine do well where others you never seem to enough of the finish on. You treat it and treat it and it looks dead and dry in a couple days. Eventually it will seal but it takes a lot more elbow grease than you expected. Be sure to try it on scrap first and see if you like it before using it on a project.
