Electrical outlet

I am building a built-in book and display case and I need to install a single electrical outlet into the cabinet. I need it to be decorative or if possible, inconspicuous. I am looking for a supplier for this type of device

An electrical outlet isn't a problem. I don't know of any that are decorative though. If you have a section of the cabinet that will have doors you might put the outlet in that area.

There are any number of decorative outlet covers. Just "google" decorative electrical out cover and you will see many.

Find a vendor of showcase decorative lighting. They are pretty good at hiding power sources.
Find a display you like and ask the owners how they got it set up.

You aren't clear on how/where the outlet will be installed. A box will be required regardless, in the wall, or inside the cabinet. Hard to make an outlet box look pretty if you are mounting it inside the cabinet. There are some exterior/surface mount boxes that look better than standard utility boxes.

Ahhh, the invisible outlet ......

As far as i know, all the invisible outlet manufacturers have time transported back to the Mother ship and are recharging their light sabers.
Common sense tells me if you build it into the bookcase it will be inconspicuous as long as it isn't chrome plated. You may want to use a GFI which has a small green light which will give it a hi-tech look. Outlets come in grey, white, Almond, brown and metallic. Pick your poison, what ever looks best. The box it fits in will be the most conspicuous, so paint it a color that will blend in.

The answer to your question will only be as detailed and specific as the question is detailed and specific. Good questions also include a sketch or a photo that illustrates your issue. (:< D)
