Drawer slide problem

I am building my first major furniture project, an oak crib. I have installed the drawers using Rockler Topslide full extension sides. On one of the drawers the right side slide locks in all the way when closed. On the left side it keeps popping out. I have tried adjusting the slide but to no avail. Any suggestions.

Thanks.

It could be one or more problems.

The drawer could be out of square.

The opening could be out of square to the front.

The cabinet members may not be installed the same to the front.

The drawer members may not be aligned on the front edge of the drawer box.

You could have protruding screw heads.

You could have a defective or bent slide.

Iam not familiar with those slides I use KV side mount slides and I have had them pop out, the problem with mine were the rack of ballberings in the part of the slide witch is mounted in the cabinet slides back and forth I will pull them forward and slide the draw part of the slide into them and this usally locks them in it seems if the berings are all the way back the draw part of the slide will not lock in and just pop out. I hope the helps.
