I have made ceiling molding with a moulder, I don't see how to make that with a router.

Anything is possible IF you don't know what you are talking about.

If you have a shaper with at least a 3/4 spindle you can get cutters for it to make the moulding

Or you could do like I did, buy a moulding machine

Honestly I have no idea why I spent $1500 on a moulder to make about 50 feet of cherry crown moulding, but what the hay, I got one now

It only works out to $33 per foot LOL

Though not easy to make with a router, it can be done with just a router using multiple bits. I made some crown molding for a bookcase and ended up using two pieces of wood and two different bits, then glues it all together.

Look at Matthias Wandel and his tilting router lift for more inspiration.

Now don't fall off your chair ...

This old boy uses a radial arm saw to it's full potential to make a 5 ft piece of molding which was otherwise not available:

This is another video which uses a router:

This one uses a table saw:

The answer to your question will only be as detailed and specific as the question is detailed and specific. Good questions also include a sketch or a photo that illustrates your issue. (:< D)
