Is this a craftsman saw.

I can't tell what this is but does it look like a accu rip fence on there that I could use on my 113?

It sure looks like Craftsman. Anyway the fence looks like an upgrade anyway. If the table is 27" long it's a sure thing the fence would fit your saw.

Just so you know most full size table saws the tops are made 27" long from front to back. For that reason fences are interchangeable pretty much for any saw. A person might have to drill a few holes but that is doable. I have Craftsman table extensions on a Delta Unisaw. I just had to make new mounting holes.
