A circular saw rip jig

I just finished another jig, this one version 3 of a rip jig that Iíve used for quite a while on my circular saw. As usual I donít provide plans because 1) All saws are different 2) Everyone here is clever enough to figure it out 3) Iím kind of lazy that way.

If anyone here makes this, Iíd love to see a picture.

Thinking of reasons to want to rip a 16 foot long 2x4 especially on the wide side with a circular saw .. hmmm.. Nope.. I can't think of one.. Maybe I'm just missing the big picture here.. I've had a fair amount of success ripping 2x lumber with the TS though..

I figured it's time to change my signature so hold your breath. This is it.
Impressive, huh?
