The best pricing system is to find stores that sell similar items and see how they are priced - to actually sell. Then ask to owner how he buys this stuff. Since they are not hot items, I doubt they would pay more than 50% of what they would retail them for.

Taking the word of the company that is selling you this package makes me suspicious that they inflate the price to give you the impression that there is a bigger profit margin.
