buying 46 BF of first growth redwood tomorrow!

hey folks, I stumbled across what looks like a really good deal on some first growth redwood. there is a total of 3 boards. 1 board is 1-3/8" thick x 20" wide (yes that says 20" wide) by 12' 6" long. another is 1" thick, 22" Wide and 61" long. and the last is 1-1/4" thick by 19" wide and 62" long. They are clear and knot free and very straight. apparently they've been in storage for decades. All for the price of $125. I feel like this is a really good deal. let me know what you guys think!
