Which business logo you like best?

I had to change my business name because they (the 911 system) give me new address and because I have more than one residences that I own one my property they said I had to have a "private drive" name and address. The new name of my street is Rockwood Drive ..so I renamed my business Rockwood Woodworks.

Which logo design do you like best?

The old Bearcreek or Rockwood

Bearcreek

I wouldn't care for the double sound in the name. Comes out like Rock wood-wood works.

confused here

You had to rename your business to Rockwood, so you have no choice now.
The logo design is the same ..saw blade....wood products...NO. woodworks ...YES
Rocks and wood don't go together...JMO.

The answer to your question will only be as detailed and specific as the question is detailed and specific. Good questions also include a sketch or a photo that illustrates your issue. (:< D)

The font used in Rockwood is much easier to read than that used for Bearcreek.

Other names for WW - carpentry, construction, cabinetmaking, or separate Rockwood from woodworking with an adjective.
- i.e. Rockwood Custom Woodworks, Rockwood Custom Millworks, etc....

+1 the above. I like Bearcreek and think you should keep it. "Wood Products" is awkward and confusing. Let us know what you decide!

Ok everyone I agree...I should keep the name I have had since 1994, but I think a change is still in order...how about this:

Do you think the saw blade looks better here or on top?

Now your talking! I do think the blade would look better on top as if it were a table saw blade in a cut. Looking good though!

I would say to answer the question correctly you should show both choices side by side with the new font. Personally I like the old design but that font Brush Script, Banif or whatever version of it you used is a little hard to read sometimes. With that said the saw blade looks better when it doesn't go behind the writing. Your last picture the blade and text come together and takes away from the design.

Not sure how it will look with the new font, the blade on top and it will make a difference if the blade cuts off behind the text as in the original.

I agree the design can change but keeping the same name.
