add stile to shaker door
I am in the process of making shaker style kitchen cabinet doors. I have half of them made, but I would like to add a center stile to the finished doors.
I used mdf core ply and dont like the look of the plywood. Adding a center stile will hide the "plywood look".
The doors are finished with general finishes arm-r-seal. I plan on routing the stiles to get the profile that i need then planing down to the proper thickness.
Is this possible? I plan on gluing the additional stile to the already finished doors.
thanks
