LOL Jim - I have to limit my sugar intake as well.
but, I come from a world that it is okay for doughnuts if you
put Sweet-n-Low in the coffee . . . and chase that Snickers with a Diet Coke !!

Everyone made a big fuss when Krispy Kreme finally arrived here in Southern California. My cousins drove 90 minutes to one of the first ones to appear. It happened to be near us. My cousins were so excited, almost ecstatic! We had never heard of Krispy Kreme before. That was in the late 1990s.

Flash forward to 2020, and many of them are closed and gone. The novelty wore off. They are not special any more. Nobody cares.

They are still going strong here, but the price of them sure has gone up, 4 donuts $7 and something. We don't get them very often.

I got a response from Cricket regarding my request for a little more grace time to make minor fixes to my posts without having an "edit indicator."

The answer was no. The reason was that if someone quotes a post that gets edited without an indication, then it might cause issues or confusion.

My thanks to Cricket for responding and providing an explanation. I consider the question closed.

Krispy Kreme seems to show up here a lot with fund raisers, my waist can't afford to be even close to them so I just give a donation and let them keep the sugar.

What's the best way to add photos to a post? I drag and drop and then drag image into the body of the post. Then, when I submit the post there are pics in the body and attached to the bottom. Should I just upload them and leave them as attachments? Thanks for the help!
By the way, what's the time limit on editing a post?

Brad - in the "go advanced" section, after you get the photos as attachments,
look up top at the "paper clip" this is where you can place the photos anywhere
in the body of your post.

Thank you John. I think I'm getting the hang of it! It would help if I looked around a bit. Here's a link to photo posting help if anyone else needs it. https://www.woodworkingtalk.com/f33/...r-posts-63933/
