Kenbo's Off-roading pictures

Well, it seems to have some interest, so I will post some pictures of my off-roading sessions. I will try and add photos to this thread as the season goes along and I will probably post some pictures from the last few seasons as well. I hope you enjoy the pictures. I'll start with one from Saturday.
(I haven't gone through my pics from Saturday yet so this is the only one I have so far)

Rugged "dirty" fun, but be careful - you may be in "Big Foots" backyard! Thanks for sharing, and be safe.

Doesn't appear to be a trailer queen to me.

The photos look like any road in Illinois. We name our potholes.

Cut it twice, measure once and it's still too short.

This rig is playing double duty for me. It is my daily driver plus my off-road rig. I rarely drive it in the city but my wife takes it shopping for groceries each week. If I'm behind the wheel, chances are there is mud, rocks and wilderness involved. No trailer for this rig, I drive it to and from the trails (about 2-4 hours each way) although one of these days, I will probably break something and have to flat bed her back to the city.

Think you should consider finding an easier route to get your groceries. Thanks again for sharing, and be safe.

I used to enjoy off road in the mud and woods. At tow different times I had tow different jeeps. Just rusty for off road. I also have a rail buggy I built from scratch about 25 years ago. I still have it but haven't had it running since about 2010 after I broke my back from a ladder fall. All 3 of my kids learned to drive on it. As of 20110 I can't even get it started. I really need a engine for it. It has a 1600cc VW engine and VW transmission.toyman

Went wheeling again on Saturday. 10 rigs went in. Not much damage. One vehicle with a bearing issue and one with a broken shock mount. My vehicle was fine although it was pretty slick and I had some trouble in a few spots. One particular area was quite a bit off camber and the pucker factor was a little on the high side for a bit but I managed to come off the trail unscathed. Another great day for sure.
